The Shadow of the Nomar Empire...V.1

In the centuries past there was a great empire known as the Nomar Empire which once ruled the entirety of a continent. Legends tell of a various warriors who were able to draw upon the powers of gods and spirits in order to defend its territory and power, however, upon the birth of a direct male descendant of the family line some centuries later, a dark shadow fell over the empire, thus bringing it to an explosive end, however, the details of what happened to this descendant has been obscured, much like a great deal of the last days of the empire. Did this young man survive? Did he die? And what happened to the leonide slave that is said to have stood with him throughout his battles? The massive black feline, a stalwart gladiator who won several battles within the Nomar coliseum, was said to have always stood tall within the bloodstained arena where men and beasts were sacrificed for the amusement and thrill of the people, and yet his story's end is somewhat as mysterious descendant. 

Perhaps this story will be able to put to rest the final days of both men, for better or worse.

     This game is a 2D fantasy game in the style of the early Dragon Quest games made for the casual audience who would like to sit down and enjoy a short adventure in a fantastical land.

Enjoy the history of the Nomar Empire, a once small yet powerful republic, which transformed into a glorious empire thanks to the Ursus family, a line of soldiers who are bequeathed with the powers of spirits and other deities in order to defeat their adversaries. Upon the birth of the latest member of the family the echo of a prophecy of eld comes to light, spelling disaster for the empire, through all of this said member of the family will find himself become attached to a black lion gladiator. Through this gladiator will you will find various scenes of the past (many of which are beautifully detailed) and events which will shake the foundations of the Nomar Empire.  All scenes with said characters will be skippable if you do not wish to engage with them, your choice, your prerogative as for how you wish to handle these encounters, with the ability to completely avoid them outright if you so choose.
